Chris Brown beat the hell out of a person at a London nightclub, and his accidents have been so unhealthy he ended up in a hospital … this in keeping with a brand new lawsuit.
The singer is being sued by a person named Abe Diaw, who claims Chris smashed him over the top with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila again in February at TAPE nightclub in England.
Within the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Diaw claims Chris wielded the tequila bottle like a weapon as he pummeled Diaw over the top with “crushing blows.”
The man claims he was knocked unconscious however says that did not cease Chris from persevering with the assault … he says CB ruthlessly stomped on him as he lay handed out on the membership ground.
Within the docs, Diaw claims he needed to be hospitalized on account of his alleged accidents … which he says embody cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg.
Chris’ accuser says there’s surveillance footage of the entire thing … and he says cops in London have the alleged beatdown video. Diaw claims he can establish Chris within the footage and claims CB is a fugitive in the UK on account of the alleged incident.
And, get this … Diaw claims he is recognized Chris for no less than seven years and thought Chris was coming as much as hug him on the membership when Brown as a substitute allegedly struck him 3 times with the tequila bottle.
Diaw says his accidents could also be everlasting and he is struggling severe emotional misery and trauma. He is suing Chris for damages.
