HCL Tech, LTIMindtree top gainers on Nifty50 as market resumes climb; HDFC Bank, Adani Enterprises, ICICI Bank most active stocks on December 8, 2023

Benchmark indices on Friday resumed their report run after a single-day halt, led by positive aspects in expertise, banks and financials. Headline index NSE Nifty closed at 20,969.40-level. High gainers on the Nifty50 platform had been HCL Tech, LTIMindtree, JSW Metal, Infosys and Apollo Hospitals whereas losers included Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, ITC, Hero MotoCorp and M&M.
