Jamie Foxx is being accused of a rooftop sexual assault that allegedly occurred 8 years in the past in NYC.
In accordance with the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Foxx was at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015, round 11 PM, when the plaintiff arrived to be seated within the rooftop lounge and bar. She says she seen Jamie one desk away.
Round 1 AM, the plaintiff’s buddy requested Foxx if he’d take a photograph along with her and the plaintiff. She claims he mentioned, “Positive, child something for you” … and appeared intoxicated on the time. She claims he took extra pictures and commented, “Wow, you have got that supermodel physique,” “You odor so good” and advised her she regarded like Gabrielle Union.
Jane Doe claims Foxx pulled her by the arm to the again space of the rooftop, the place he allegedly positioned each arms on her waist, moved them below her prime and began rubbing her breasts. She claims she tried to step away and seen a safety guard and others who noticed what had occurred … however they selected to stroll away.
Within the docs, the plaintiff claims Foxx then allegedly slid his hand into her pants and put his fingers on and in her vagina and anus. She says her buddy came to visit and noticed what was occurring, after which Jamie stopped touching her.
She claims she was injured and needed to endure medical therapy, and suffered ache, struggling and emotional misery because of the “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”
She’s suing Foxx, Catch and its staff for compensatory and punitive damages.
