The corporate, in a BSE submitting, stated, it has acquired an order from the deputy commissioner (Chandrapur, Maharashtra) elevating demand for GST of Rs 5,72,984 along with curiosity, as relevant, and penalty of Rs 57,298 alleging tax credit score wrongly transitioned to GST.
