The Apple Watch ban has been paused, allowing sales in the U.S.

Someday after a ban on the import and sale of its two latest Apple Watches became official, Apple managed to purchase itself a while.

Shortly after the workplace of U.S. Commerce Consultant Katherine Tai confirmed on Tuesday that the US wouldn’t overturn the Worldwide Commerce Fee ruling calling for the ban, Apple appealed the choice and submitted an emergency submitting to the D.C.-based U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, looking for a brief pause on the ban’s enforcement.
