The feds say a California man who allegedly ran a drug trafficking operation offering same-day supply of cocaine and fentanyl-laced tablets has been arrested and arraigned on federal narcotics fees … and he is accused of supplying the medication in a deadly fentanyl overdose.
Prosecutors say the sufferer on the coronary heart of the case is “C.N.” and Cooper’s dad says the sufferer is Cooper.
